After leaving Philly for a quieter life down South, Tyise and Eryn come to a crossroads, with tragic consequences.
Now that she has to start over in Atlanta, Tyise finds herself in unfamiliar territory. She tries to get comfortable with a new circle of associates, including the enigmatic Hakeem and a new chick named Isis, and a new identity to throw off the scent of Eryn's old crew, who are hot on her trail when they don't hear from Eryn.
After finding out the hustle that Hakeem and Isis are running down in the "A" and the debauchery that ensues when she immerses herself into the "performances" that she and Isis engage into, all is good when the money flows sweeter than honey. The game changes when Kima comes back into the picture, revealing a connection that was long thought to be severed, culminating in a plan to return to Philly to reclaim old debts and try to set things right.
